Anti-Phospholipid Screen IgG/IgM

Anti-Phospholipid Screen IgG/IgM is an ELISA screening test for the quantitative determination of IgG and IgM antibodies against cardiolipin, phosphatidyl serine, phosphatidyl inositol, phosphatidic acid, and cofactor beta-2-glycoprotein I in human serum or plasma.
This test is an outstanding tool for the serological detection of primary and secondary antiphospholipid syndrome.

The combined detection of four “phospholipid antibodies” lends this test particularly high clinical sensitivity. ORGENTEC’s test systems for the isolated detection of the individual phospholipid autoantibodies, the Anti-beta-2-glyoprotein-I test, or the ThromboCombo ELISA can subsequently be used for the differentiated quantitative determination of the autoantibodies.
